Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store and send back on subsequent visits. Other technologies — for example, the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage — work similarly. In this Policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".
2. What we use
Strictly necessary. Authentication cookies that keep you signed in once you log in (without them you would have to enter your credentials on every page); a small impersonation cookie that staff may set when authorised to view your account in support situations; and security-related cookies used to protect against attacks on the sign-in flow.
Functional. A language preference (so the Service shows in English or Spanish according to your choice) and a theme preference (light/dark/auto). These are stored locally on your device and are not shared with any third party.
Analytics and advertising. None enabled by default. If we ever introduce analytics, we will use privacy-preserving providers and will update this Policy to describe them before turning them on.
3. How to control them
You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser at any time. Doing so will sign you out and reset your language and theme preferences. Most browsers also let you block cookies altogether; if you do that, parts of the Service that depend on being able to recognise your session will not work.
