On this page
1. Sending us a notice of infringement
To submit a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), send a written communication to our designated agent that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, the full URL);
- your contact information (name, postal address, telephone number and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
Send your notice to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Tech For People Global Corp, dmca@egoos.me. Postal address available on request.
Knowingly submitting a misrepresentation that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. Counter-notification
If we remove or disable access to your content in response to a notice of infringement and you believe the content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@egoos.me that includes (i) your physical or electronic signature; (ii) identification of the material removed and its location before removal; (iii) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (iv) your name, address and telephone number; and (v) a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, of the federal court for the Southern District of Florida), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification we may restore the content after ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days, unless the original sender notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
3. Repeat infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who, in appropriate circumstances, are repeat infringers of copyright.
4. Other jurisdictions
If you are reporting infringement under a regime other than the DMCA (for example, the EU Copyright Directive or your national law), please send a notice with the equivalent information to dmca@egoos.me and we will act in line with applicable law.
