Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-06-01 · Last updated: 2026-06-01

This Privacy Policy explains how Tech For People Global Corp ("we", "us", "our") processes personal information when you use the EgoOS platform, including the websites egoos.me, mrego.me, msego.me, the panel at app.mrego.me, sites and hubs published by users, the related APIs and any future faces operated under the same brand (the "Service"). It is written to be readable; the legal terms apply globally and are aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar regimes.

1. Who is the controller

The data controller for the Service is Tech For People Global Corp, a Florida corporation (United States). For privacy questions and to exercise the rights described below, contact privacy@egoos.me.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

  • Account information. Your email address, a display name and the authentication identifiers required to sign you in.
  • Content you create or upload. Résumés, CVs, biographies, photos, links, projects, contact details and anything else you add to a profile, site or hub.
  • Generation inputs. Prompts, source documents and preferences you provide when you ask the Service to generate or transform content.
  • Custom-domain configuration. Any domain you choose to connect to a published site or hub.
  • Communications. Messages you send to us (for example, by email) and notifications we send to you.
  • Technical and usage data. IP address, user-agent, language, the pages you visit on the Service and basic event logs needed for security and reliability.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data (such as health, biometric or political information). Please do not include it in content you upload unless you have a lawful basis to do so.

3. Why we process it (purposes and legal bases)

We process personal information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Service — performance of a contract with you.
  • To generate, store and publish the content you ask us to — performance of contract and, where required, your consent.
  • To keep the Service secure (prevent abuse, detect fraud, recover from incidents) — our legitimate interests.
  • To improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified usage information — our legitimate interests.
  • To comply with law (tax, accounting, lawful requests, takedown obligations) — legal obligation.
  • To send you transactional messages about your account or important changes to the Service — performance of contract and legitimate interests.

We do not use your content to train any of our own models. If a third-party model provider is used to generate content for you, we ask for processing terms that prohibit the provider from training on your inputs and outputs when those terms are available; see also our AI & Generative Content Notice.

4. How we share it

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with carefully selected service providers acting on our instructions and under written confidentiality and data-protection terms, in the following categories:

  • Cloud hosting, content delivery, storage and backup providers.
  • Authentication and identity providers.
  • Email delivery providers.
  • Third-party AI / machine-learning providers, only when you request a feature that requires them.
  • Payment processors (if and when paid plans are offered).
  • Analytics or anti-abuse providers, where used, on a privacy-preserving basis.
  • Legal and professional advisors, and competent authorities where required by law.

A current list of our subprocessors, organised by category, is available on request to privacy@egoos.me.

Where we transfer personal information outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions with data-export rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK addendum), supplemented by additional measures where necessary.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content, we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period; backup copies are overwritten in the ordinary course of operations. We may retain certain information for longer where required to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements or to protect the Service.

6. How we protect it

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include encryption of data in transit and at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access controls for our staff, logging of administrative actions, and periodic review of our practices. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the competent authorities where and as required by law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • rectify inaccurate information;
  • erase your information (the "right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • withdraw any consent you previously gave;
  • be free from automated decision-making with significant effects on you; and
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account, including deleting your sites, your hub, your résumé and your account itself. To make a formal request, write to privacy@egoos.me from the email address on file. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and, in any case, within thirty (30) days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights, and we do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 in the United States). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact privacy@egoos.me and we will take appropriate action.

9. Discovery by automated systems

The Service is designed to make a user's published portfolio discoverable not only by people but also by automated systems such as search engines and AI assistants. Each published site and hub may therefore expose machine-readable interfaces that summarise its public content for those systems.

This is controllable. Every site and hub has independent privacy toggles in its editor that govern indexing, structured-data publication, the inclusion of LLM-targeted summaries and the access of AI-specific crawlers. Defaults are designed to maximise reach because most users join the Service in order to be found; you can change them at any time. Disabling these toggles removes the corresponding public surfaces from your published content.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar identifiers to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme preferences and keep the Service secure. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "effective date" at the top of this document and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or by an in-product banner) before the changes take effect.

12. How to contact us
