Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-06-01 · Last updated: 2026-06-01

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Tech For People Global Corp, a Florida corporation (United States) ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the EgoOS platform, including the websites egoos.me, mrego.me, msego.me, the panel at app.mrego.me, sites and hubs published by users, the related APIs and any future faces operated under the same brand (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (and at least 13 in the United States, where parental involvement is required between 13 and 18) to use the Service, and old enough in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. The Service

The Service helps you publish, organise and make discoverable a professional identity online — including personal sites, hubs, downloadable résumés and machine-readable summaries for search engines and AI assistants. The features available, the limits applied to free accounts and the appearance of the Service may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend or remove features, in whole or in part, at our reasonable discretion; we will use reasonable efforts to give you notice of materially adverse changes.

3. Your content and licence to us

You retain all ownership rights in the content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, format, transcode, display, publicly perform, distribute and create technical adaptations of Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, provide, promote and improve the Service (for example, generating preview images, building a search index, producing the machine-readable surfaces you have enabled, or showing your site in a thumbnail of recent activity). This licence ends when you delete the relevant content from the Service, except (a) for content shared by you with others until they too remove it, (b) to the extent retained in backups in the ordinary course of operations, and (c) where retention is required by law.

You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content, that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party and that publishing Your Content on the Service does not violate any applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: do not use the Service to break the law, harm others, deceive, impersonate, harass, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, or otherwise abuse the Service or its users.

5. Generative-AI features

The Service includes features that generate or transform content using AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them, publishing them or sharing them with others. See our AI & Generative Content Notice for further detail.

6. Custom domains and third-party integrations

You can connect a domain you own to the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to do so. You are responsible for your relationship with your domain registrar and for any costs associated with that registration. We may discontinue the use of any specific domain at our reasonable discretion (for example, if it is used in violation of these Terms).

The Service may interoperate with third-party services that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the software, designs, themes, logos, brand names ("EGO OS", "MrEgo", "MsEgo"), text on our marketing pages and the structure of the Service itself, is and remains our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights in the Service are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, sublicense, sell or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its components without our prior written permission.

8. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.

9. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge for the core features. We may introduce paid plans or premium features; if you choose to subscribe, the applicable pricing, taxes and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase and become part of these Terms by reference. Free access may be subject to limits and is provided "as is".

10. Suspension and termination

You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, expose us to legal liability, disrupt the Service or other users, or for an extended period of inactivity. We will use reasonable efforts to give you advance notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution and miscellaneous) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, or accuracy of content. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any content (including AI-generated content) will be accurate, reliable or appropriate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of liability, and apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law of your jurisdiction prohibits us from excluding.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tech For People Global Corp and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable lawyers' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections of the law of their habitual residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or an in-product banner). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service before they take effect.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the documents they reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all our assets. No agency, partnership or joint venture is created by these Terms.
